Grief comes in many forms and is often unexpected. Knowing how to support the family unit and the child during the loss of a parent, sibling, or another family member is vital to providing competent care. In this video, I share some considerations for newer therapists who are looking to support families. Remember that just like all other areas, our best way to help families is proper training and supervision.
