Supporting parents through birth & a new baby during the pandemic: Basic processing ideas

Parents close to birth or those that recently brought a newborn home, face an additional challenge during social isolation. At a time in their lives where professionals encourage support and asking for help, families and individuals are experiencing having to do everything with minimal help.
